This newly constructed home is situated on a high 3.25 acre knoll offering spectacular views of the Colleton River and Callawassie Creek, as well as considerable privacy. The home was designed by Peter Brower, the principal of BRZ Inc., a firm with extensive experience on Spring Island, having completed more than sixty on island projects.

The palate of construction materials was selected with a careful eye to longevity and minimal maintainance. Foam insulation, tankless water heaters, impact glass, and rot-proof exterior materials are combined with tabby stucco walls, a standing seam roof, and traditional wood shutters on the broad front porch, creating a wonderful low country feeling.
